Throw into the mix a 5 year old daughter and another job in London - I barely have the time to breathe!
I hope all of my lovely followers are still tracking our progress via our Twitter and Facebook pages, these are regularly updated with offers, exciting news, photos, etc.

£40 per person
You will receive 6 pre baked Vanilla cupcakes ready for you to transform using fondant icing. You will be taught how to make fondant tops in black & white and let loose on our extensive collection of cutters and moulds to create stunning contrast using black & white sugarpaste. Whether you choose black bows or white flowers we’ll be there to help with any questions and you take home a box of deliciously decorated cupcakes to wow your friends and family! * This workshop is suited to absolute beginners or those just wishing to learn more about sugarcrafting. Also perfect for those wishing to create their own Wedding Cupcake Towers.
10am – 1pm
£50 per person
You will receive 6 pre baked Vanilla Cupcakes ready for you to transform, using both buttercream icing & sugarpaste. You will be taught how to create various ‘Afternoon Tea’ themed toppers, such as tea pots & teacups, using our moulds, as well as adding pretty details with glitter,
colour, lustre spray, dust and new to the market ‘Metallic Food Paint’. We will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and refreshments are provided throughout the duration of the class.
All you need to bring along is an apron!* This workshop is suited to any level of student but particularly those looking to gain experience in the use of Moulds.

Yes at last we’ve added a Chocolate Cupcake Workshop to our menu! You will receive x 12 pre-baked chocolate cupcakes ready for you to decorate with our luxurious Chocolate Buttercream icing and learn how to create your own edible toppers using chocolate fondant. We will show you several different icing techniques including the perfect classic swirl, flat icing and how to create the ‘Nest’ effect, ideal for Easter!
* This workshop is suited to any level of student

Would you like to learn how to pipe the perfect swirl, decorate cupcakes with iced roses or simply have access to lots of baking knowledge and our store cupboard which is jam packed with a huge selection of sprinkles? If the answer is yes then Molly’s Little Bakery Decorating Workshops are perfect for you. Our perfectly formed classes run from 10am - 12:30pm (may finish earlier, depending on speed of students) and will include me demonstrating several different piping
techniques including the much sought after classic swirl and the pretty rose swirl icing. As well as perfecting your icing skills you will also be shown how to make edible sugarpaste decorations, how to colour the sugarpaste to get the perfect colour for your theme & how to use sugarpaste cutters & moulds.
Following on from the demonstrations you will receive 6 Vanilla cupcakes
to top and decorate to your own taste. You will be able to use our cutters,
moulds, colourings, tools, sprinkles and more and of course, we will be on hand
to offer advice and guidance should you need it. We will of course do our best
to answer any questions that you might have on the day. All of the
cupcakes and icing will be made prior to your arrival so all that is left to do
is for you to enjoy decorating your beautiful cupcakes.All that you need
to bring with you is an apron and your creative flair. Everything else will be
provided for you along with hot and cold beverages.

Have you perfected the art of baking the perfect cupcake but would love some help
with decorating them. Then this workshop is just for you! You will receive 12
pre baked Vanilla cupcakes baked fresh on the day of your workshop and ready for
you to decorate.We show you how to make the following
Beautiful handcrafted roses
You will also gain hands on experience of using our extensive collection of cutters and moulds. We'll show you how to give your decorations the perfect finish so they look professional time and time again.
We will also show you several different icing techniques, including the perfect classic swirl, two tone icing, pretty piped rose topped cupcakes, fondant tops and how to create the 'Grass' effect so you can place your pretty flowers on top for a garden scene! Finally we will advise you on the best way to decorate your cupcakes, including talking about colour palettes, what decorations work best with one another and lots of insider tips and info.
* This Workshop is perfect for those competent in baking but who wish to learn the art of edible cupcake toppers
CUPCAKES FROM SCRATCH
10am – 3pm
Learn how to make 12 vanilla cupcakes from scratch in the Molly's Little Bakery kitchen! We will teach you how to create edible toppers such as handmade roses, leaves, bows and you will have full access to our cutters and moulds.
We will demonstrate how to achieve the perfect buttercream swirl, along with our very popular 'Rose' icing and 'two tone' icing. You can also top your cupcakes with rolled fondant, embossing techniques will also be taught during this workshopWe will be on hand to answer any questions you have related to baking - be it about sponge or where we purchase our cases.
All you need to bring is an apron, MLB will provide all the tools & equipment you require, along with a light lunch & refreshments
