Cupcake Decorating Workshop

We had the pleasure of meeting another lovely 4 students who attended our Cupcake Decorating Workshop on Sunday 27th March. They were taught all about creating their own sugarpaste toppers, using colour and cutters and lots of glitter! Aswell as being shown several different icing techniques and lots of laughter. Learn how to make vanilla cupcakes, create your own edible toppers as featured in these photos - Rose, Daisy, Blossom, Hydrangea & Leafs. That includes colouring to match your theme, using cutters and making roses by hand - yes you really will be able to do that by the end of the workshop!

We will also demonstrate how to acheive the perfect buttercream swirl along with our popular 'Rose' & 'two tone' icing

We are also on hand to answer baking related questions you may have - be it about sponge or where we purchase our cases from!

Aswell as all of that, you get to take home the 12 cupcakes to wow your friends & family

You only need to bring an apron with you, we will provide lunch and refreshments and all the necessary tools.

Help Japan Fundraiser

We need your help with raising much needed funds for the people of Japan, after the horrific earthquake/tsunami on Friday 11th March 2011.

Similar to our Help Haiti appeal back in January 2010, we are holding a raffle prize draw for all those who donate money. We have x 4 boxes of 12 cupcakes up for grabs.

And if we raise over £250 we will offer the chance for one very lucky person to receive a one-2-one Cupcake Workshop with us! We will teach you how to make cupcakes from scratch, along with edible toppers in your choice of design and icing techniques. You will then have a box of x 12 cupcakes to take home with you to wow your friends & family!

Age Doesn't Matter...

...when it comes to our cupcakes at least!

We received a very special order for a Birthday this week, from Elaine, who's Nan was hitting the big 91!

We couldn't believe she was that age, she looked at least 10 years younger and we heard she was overjoyed with the cupcakes that were hand delivered to her.

Elaine requested that the strawberry cupcakes be topped with our beautiful handmade hydrangea's. The newest addition to the MLB cutter crew!
