Kerstin & James' Wedding Cupcake Tower

First of all a big Hello from us as we return from a 2 week break!

It was our absolute pleasure to meet Kerstin & James at the Hall Place Wedding Fair back in March 2010. They kept our details and earlier this year sampled our cupcakes for their upcoming wedding in August.

With Kerstin being German & James English, they decided to use the colours from both flags and incorporate into their cupcake tower. We were thrilled with the end result and so were the happy couple.

INTENSE DECORATING CUPCAKE WORKSHOP

The newest addition to our Cupcake Workshops are the Intense Decorating. This class is perfect for those already competent in baking but who wish to learn the art of edible cupcake toppers.

You will receive 12 pre baked vanilla cupcakes baked fresh on the day of your workshop and ready for you to decorate. We show you how to create the following toppers:

• Handcrafted Roses


• Ribbon Roses


• Hydrangea's


• Daisies


• Blossoms


• Bows


• Buttons

You will also gain hands on experience of using our extensive collection of cutters and moulds. We will show you how to give your decorations the perfect finish so they look professional time and time again.

We demonstrate several different icing techniques including the perfect classic swirl, the two tone effect, pretty piped rose topped cupcakes, embossed fondant tops and how to create the 'Grass' effect so you can place your pretty flowers on top for a stunning garden scene!

Finally we will advise you on the best way to decorate your cupcakes, including talking about colour pallette, what decorations work best with one another and lots of insider tips and information.
